Join us for an open and welcoming conversation about mental health, what it means, why it matters, and how we can support one another. We’ll talk about ways to recognize when someone might be struggling, how to start a caring conversation, and what resources are available to help.
Everyone is welcome, including youth and teens. This is a safe space to share ideas, ask questions, and learn how to look out for friends, family, and ourselves. We’ll also test your knowledge with a few fun activities and explore ways we can make a difference in our community and in the lives of those we love.
Together, we can break down the stigma, build understanding, and strengthen our community one conversation at a time.
This discussion will be facilitated by Madine Despeine-Udoh and Genaya Palmer from the Mental Health Association.
