Do you long for something more in life?  Do you want to go deeper in your seeking?  Do you want to connect more frequently with a sense of God's presence in your life?  Do you want your life to flow more readily from your deepest center?  If you find yourself saying, "yes" to these questions, than I invite you to prayerfully consider spiritual direction.

Spiritual direction is an ancient practice of attending, with another person, to the movements of one’s spiritual life.  As a spiritual director, I seek to create a safe and sacred space where you can express and explore your spiritual ponderings, longings, doubts, and struggles; as well as explore how your prayer forms and spiritual practices may better assist your attentiveness to your life and God's presence in it.

I typically meet with individuals once a month for about an hour.  Spiritual direction can be helpful during a time of crisis, but it is meant to provide a steady and consistent support for your ongoing life journey.  If you have questions about spiritual direction or would like to explore the possibility of setting up a meeting, please call me at the church office (973-635-2340) or email me.
